Knightguards Dental Laboratory will bill cases as they come in and send out monthly Statements on the 1st of each month. Statement Balance is due upon receipt and there is a 5 day grace period for your convenience.
Payments not received during the grace period will incur a late fee of 10% of the statement balance or $35, whichever is greater.

These terms constitute a legally binding contract between you and KnightGuards Dental Laboratory.
