KnightGuards Dental Laboratory is pleased to process all remakes or adjustments of appliances that are manufactured by KnightGuards Dental Laboratory at no additional charge if requested within the warranty period and accompanied by the return of the original device.

If the failure is due to defects in materials or workmanship, KnightGuards Dental Laboratory will repair or replace the device without charge providing the original device has been returned.

Remake requests for other reasons are subject to material charge or full charge at the lab’s discretion.
